Product Integrity, Safety and Risk Audits

AIR LEGAL conducts Product Integrity, Safety and Risk Audits of companies facing risk involving aviation and space. Whether you are an aviation or space OEM,  aircraft component part manufacturer, UAV manufacturer or operator, raw material supplier, or service provider, involvement in aviation creates a risk of corporate loss and litigation exposure that is unique and unpredictable. AIR LEGAL uses its experienced team to visit your organization for a day or half day audit including reviews of processes, liability shifting in contracts, internal communication, history of incidents/accidents/litigation, product identification and field management, and internal and external communication dynamics. Following our review, your company is provided a detailed report of findings with recommendations to reduce risk and be better prepared for an FAA or NTSB investigation and/or litigation in the event of an accident. AIR offers its services to insurers in need of eyes and ears on the ground before underwriting an aviation risk, as well as to companies to use as part of their insurance presentation as an aid to either retain aviation insurance or lower their premium.
